Watch this. (Around minute 1:28) Noel Gallagher was attacked a few weeks back while in a concert in Toronto (woo). He broke his arm, I believe, and Oasis had to postpone a few shows.
What I’m saying is- it’s about time. The Gallagher brothers make great music, I’ll admit that, but they’re just not nice people. They’ve been known to hit people and reporters, and badmouth every competing band in a really bad manner (they wished Damon Albarn got AIDS at some point). The attacker actually claimed to do this because he was a Radiohead fan, if I remember correctly.
I’m not pro-violence, but sometimes it’s the only way to go. And come on, that video was really funny. What do you think?

Agreeing with lucyinthesky, I’d like to quote Dimebag Darrell’s unfortunate death. A fan shot him in a concert :(…violence is just not the way
@oLahav – I have to agree that your video is nutty

I have to disagree with your post (sorry). The thing is, Oasis are big, they’re celebrities, so they have influence over people. They should stop themselves from doing what they’re doing, which is spreading violence themselves. Seriously, do you have any idea how many bar fights these guys went through? Oasis should let their fame get in the way of their badmouth violence, because with great music comes great responsibility.
I don’t support getting on stage and breaking anyone’s arm… but they totally had it coming. I’m not saying it was right to hit, just that it’s not surprising and he did deserve it.
The one thing that really surprised me though- how come this happened in Toronto? I thought Canadians are supposed to be more peaceful and non-violent than fellow Americans and the Brits…
